My friend said that an important member of her team handed in a letter of resignation. In order to retain this important member, my friend made an exception for promotion and salary increase for her, and finally she agreed to stay. I made a bet with my friend when this employee would resign again. He said two years, but I thought it would be half a year. In the end, I won.

The reason why I have this judgment is because my friend thinks that the colleague resigned as she was dissatisfied with the salary, and the problem can be solved as long as the salary is raised.
